Fall Weight Lifting and Conditioning

Join us for team open gym/lifting at the high school weight room. Coach Kelson has put together strength training routines for each day that are specific to building functional strength for wrestling. Conditioning will also be incorporated into the week. You can use one of coach's routines or do your own thing.  Either way, we'd love to see you there preparing for the coming season!

See the right blog panel for updated info on the lifting schedule.

A special note on the camps offered by Oregon State.  They do a few targeted camps for top and bottom positions, so if you are struggling to stay on top and turn your opponent, or if you find yourself on bottom and unable to get back to top, check out their camps!
